1. Natural Wood Characteristics

At NJ Palochina Woodworks, we celebrate the rustic nature of reclaimed pine (Palochina).

Variation: Because we use real wood, every item is unique. You acknowledge that grain patterns, knots, nail holes (from reclaimed sources), and slight color variations are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Aging: Wood is a living material. Seasonal expansion, contraction, or slight "checking" (small cracks) due to humidity changes in your home are normal and not covered under warranty.

2. Ordering & Payment

Accuracy: By placing an order, you agree that all details provided (name, address, contact number) are accurate.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a system error.

Custom Orders: For custom-built furniture, a non-refundable down payment may be required before production begins.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Handcrafting takes time. Estimated lead times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Delivery Risks: Once a package is handed over to the third-party courier, NJ Palochina Woodworks is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or weather.

Inspection: Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery. Any damage caused during transit must be reported to us within 24–48 hours with photo documentation.

4. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind: Due to the size and weight of furniture, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind."

Custom Items: Custom-made or personalized orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a structural manufacturing defect.

Restocking Fee: If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

NJ Palochina Woodworks is not liable for any injuries or property damage resulting from the misuse of our products (e.g., overloading shelves beyond weight capacity or improper assembly by the customer).

All photos, logos, and descriptions on this website are the property of NJ Palochina Woodworks. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
